PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower application of high voltage pulses to a d.c. power source for control by installing a means by which one output of the d.c. power source for control is earthed through a capacitor for suppressing noise and an inductive element which is inserted closer to the control circuit side than the capacitor of the means. SOLUTION: A d.c. power source 8 for control generates d.c. current for driving a control means 7 and constitutes an insulation type rectifying and smoothing circuit to input. One output of the d.c. power source 8 for control is earthed by a capacitor 9 for suppressing noise. An inductive element 10 is inserted nearer to the control means 7 side than the capacitor 9 for suppressing noise. Consequently, even in the case high voltage pulses of high frequency generated in a starting circuit 3 are induced through the ground and the capacitor 9 for suppressing noise, the high voltage pulses are efficiently inhibited by the inductive element 10 inserted nearer to the control means 7 side and erroneous operation and damage of the control means 7 can be suppressed.
