PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegal access preventing method which prevent an authenticating medium of a normal user by being illegally used when another person picks it up without using an encipher technology. SOLUTION: This illegal access preventing method registers a user's password on the computer system (S27), but it does not record it on an authenticating medium. Time data at the time of registration is registered on the computer system (S27) and is recorded on the authenticating medium (S30). Also, when the service of the computer system is received, only the installation of an authenticating medium and the entry of a password enable execution. Because of this program that does not use an encipher technology, use is easy and even when the authenticating means is lost and is picked up by another person, the password is prevented from being read from the authenticating means, data about time is changed by reproducing an authenticating means, the authenticating medium that is previously issued is automatically nullified and its illegal use is quickly prevented. |
