PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe luminaire capable of preventing electric shock in case of unexpected contact with a screw socket. SOLUTION: A luminaire comprises a main body 5 having a transparent opening, a screw socket 6 disposed on the main body 5 toward the transparent opening, and a lamp inserted from the transparent opening of the main body 5 to be mounted on the screw socket 6. In this case, a socket protective part 9 is provided to prohibit a lamp base part of the lamp 7 from getting in contact with the screw socket 6 when it is held by fingers. |
