PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily constitute a sensor by forming a responsive membrane of one base material alone and to also facilitate the production thereof to achieve low cost. SOLUTION: Electrodes 12 are formed on the surfaces of a quartz vibrator 11 and a responsive membranes 13 of the same kind (or a small number of kinds) constituted of a rubbery material having a double bond such as 1,2- polybutadiene (hereinbelow referred to as 1,2-PB) are formed on the surfaces of the quartz vibrator 11 at parts except the electrodes 12. The fundamental structural formula of a molecular structural formula of 1,2-PB has one double bond in a monomer unit and has a functional molecule bonded thereto. As the functional molecule, for example, bromine Br is bonded. As mentioned above, in the rubbery material having the double bond, a functional group can be provided. Further, this functional group has a merit capable of being substituted by simple treatment such as the infiltration of a soln. or the exposure to zero atmosphere gas. |
