SOLUTION: A command is received from an operation 1 to change the time of a communication device 2 at a time set at the side of the device 2. During this waiting period, an event related to a notification time, etc., if occurs, is processed according to the unchanged time. If a process of the notification, etc., that is already executed exists between the unchanged time and the time reset by the time change, the event to which the process of the notification, etc., is already executed is not processed.
