PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the torsion vibration of a slide base provided with a biaxial actuator for supporting an objective lens and an optical system member opposed to the objective lens. SOLUTION: This device 41 is provided with a slide base 42 equipped with a biaxial actuator 48 supporting an objective lens 47 and the optical system member having a semiconductor laser 50 as a light source. Then, a sub guide holding part 46 is formed on a front end face 42a of this slide base 42 while being located on a center line (b) through the centers of the biaxial actuator 48 and the objective lens 47 orthogonally with an axial line (a) of a main guide part 45 at the rear part, and a supporting point opposed to a sub guide axis 18 is made coincident with the central direction of the biaxial actuator 48. |
