PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spline wave form generating device which generates a spline waveform as an electrical signal waveform without depending on computer processing. SOLUTION: A rectangular pulse of prescribed width (τ) which is outputted from a rectangular pulse generating circuit 101 is branched into N pieces of crossroads, one of them is branched into a direct convolutional circuit 105, and the rectangular pulses are delayed by respective delay circuits 102 to 104 for time of an integer multiple of the prescribed width (τ) in respective residual (N-1) pieces of crossroads. Each of the delayed signals is inputted to each convolutional circuit 106 to 108, each output of the circuits 105 to 108 is amplified by a corresponding coefficient circuit 109 to 112, outputs of each of the coefficient circuits is added by an adder circuit 113 and is outputted as a spline signal.
