PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a desired display by correcting luminance at a constant value. SOLUTION: At every time when a display part displays one screen, a driving signal generating means 12 counts generated page switching signals with a counter as a driving signal detecting means 13, with the lighting time of the display part obtained from this counter. An arithmetic control means 17 calculates, in accordance with the obtained lighting time, the correction quantity (driving voltage or driving current) in which the luminance of the display part becomes the value set by a setting means 14, outputting a control signal for this calculated correction quantity from a control signal outputting means 18 to a driving means 19, regulating the driving of the driving means 19, and variably controlling the driving voltage or current of the anode 2. |
