PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mobile object from being lost sight of even when a motion vector can not be obtained by producing and replenishing a motion vector, based on motion vectors of a macro block surrounding it for what does not have a motion vector in a macro block of a mobile object. SOLUTION: A motion vector replenishment processing part 3 is added between a decode processing part 2 and an image processing part 4. The part 3 performs a prescribed processing according to motion vector information of an image frame that is sent from the part 2. When this device detects a group of motion vectors as a mobile object by utilizing motion vectors of each macro block of image decoded data that is made a macro block in each prescribed image unit, it is replenished for what does not have motion vectors of a macro block of the mobile object by producing a motion vector, based on motion vectors surrounding it. |
