PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device capable of providing an excellent light emitting display panel without being affected by a manufacture error, by setting a light distribution property from a light emitting element fixed at all times. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a light emitting element 4 for which the semiconductor layer of a p-n junction is laminated on a crystal substrate 4a and a lead frame 1 integrally provided with a mount 3 for loading the light emitting element 4 and electrically conducted to the light emitting element. The mount 3 is turned to the recessed body of a depth for burying the main light take-out surface of highest light emitting luminance among the light take- out surfaces for the light emitting element 4, is provided with a reflection surface structure capable of imparting reflected light for supplying directivity to light from at least one surface of the light emitting element 4, and enables the distribution of the light provided with the directivity from the reflection surface of the mount 3, including the light from the main light take-out surface and the light to the side part and back part sides in the case of a transparent crystal substrate 4a. |
