摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce torque ripple and attain a rotor structure which can be manufactured easily, by keeping a specific relation between the subtended angle of a single stator pole and a rotor pole, the number of the stator and rotor poles, and the number of the phases of exciting current, and forming the exciting current of respective phases so as to be a sinewave or the absolute value of a sinewave. SOLUTION: A reluctance motor is of the number of stators (Ns=6), the number of rotors (Nr=4), and the number of phases of exciting current (m=3). The subtending angle of a single stator pole, that is, the spreading angle θs of the single stator pole when viewed from the center of a rotating shaft is set at 2 π/(m.Nr)=360 deg./(3*4)=30 deg.. The subtended angle θr of the single rotor pole is set at π/Nr=180 deg./4=45 deg. or smaller, and at the mean value of θs and π/Nr or larger. The square of current has an influence on torque, therefore, a sinewave or the absolute value of the sinewave is used as the exciting current for homogenizing torque. The absolute value of the sinewave keeps the direction of current constant, thus enabling to simplify the formation of a current regulating circuit.
