PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain reliability of a connector terminal, even in case of a capacitive load while preventing generation of contact failure of a connector connected with a capacitive load at one end and with a controller at the other end, while restricting the generation of oxide film by supplying an alternating current to the connector. SOLUTION: Two switching transistors SW12, SW23 serially connected to a power source Vin 1 are provided, and an intermediate part thereof is connected to a connector terminal 4. In starting of a CPU, switching frequency and DUTY are decided on the basis of a time constantτ=CR, Imin=Vin/R obtained on the basis of a capacitive load C25 and a switching resistance R for maintaining a lowest guaranteed power source Imin, and the two switching transistors SW12, SW23 are controlled by a power source supplying control means 7. The two switching transistors SW12, SW23 are alternately turned on by the control signal, so that the switching transistor SW23 is turned off when the switching transistor SW12 is turned on.
