PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely update information for reception received up to that time, even when a broadcast service has not been accessed for a long period. SOLUTION: In the case that a display stop instruction (S17) has been received, setting of a network and a service immediately before display stop is stored, a standby time is reset to zero (S27), and standby processing is executed (S28). After the end of the standby processing, the presence of a display restart instruction from a viewer is discriminated (S29), and when no display restart instruction is received, the standby processing is restored (S28), and in the case that the display restart instruction is received, the restoration processing is conducted (S30). In the standby processing, information for the reception is updated and addition of the information is identified to execute update processing and addition processing. Thus, the information received is surely updated so that the reception fault in the case of accessing is avoided.
