A method of manufacturing monodisperse polyurethane fine particles, comprising the steps of: contacting a polyurethane prepolymer liquid with a dispersant via a hard porous membrane having a uniform porous diameter; extruding said polyurethane prepolymer liquid through said hard porous membrane into said dispersant in the form of droplets; and having said polyurethane prepolymer droplets hardened into spherical particles.
