Coffee machine for fresh brewing of filter coffee

The coffee machine has an electrical controller for fresh brewing of filter coffee at intervals. Hot brew water passes under steam pressure from the water boiler (6) via a riser tube (14) through a filter with a quantity of ground coffee suitable for several or at least two cups. The riser tube rises vertically and is angled horizontally to a filter drawer (28) for a filter bag (36) with an outlet opening (32) and a cover (37) which can be sealed air tight and has a brew water distributor (40) and a connection (39) for the riser pipe. The bag can be flushed with atmospheric air between the intervals as a result of the vacuum in the vessel.
