<p>The invention concerns novel textile yarns with a core containing at least one filament and coated with coherent fibre bundles. The invention is characterised in that: said fibres are electrically insulating fibres; and said core contains at least one electrically conductive filament, electrically insulated by the other fibres. The invention also concerns heating textile substrates, called first generation substrates, comprising in their structure said textile fibres and heating textile substrates, called second generation substrates, obtained by thermoforming of first generation textile substrates. Such intrinsically heating textile substrates are particularly suited for making heating motor vehicle seats, heating garments or blankets, textile linings for protection against cold.</p> |
