<p>Bispecific and multispecific molecules which bind to an Fcη receptor and the tumor associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72) are disclosed. The molecules can bind to both an Fcη receptor-expressing cell and a TAG-72-expressing cell. The specific molecules are useful for targeting human effector cells to TAG-72-expressing cells in vivo and in vitro. Also disclosed are therapeutic and diagnostic uses of these bispecific molecules.</p> |
