The columns (1) has ratchets (4) with two pivot points which are joined to the main column body by means of forks (5,5a) consisting of a strut and two arms. Pivot points (8,9,8a,9a) are positioned on the strut with the column, and on the arms with the ratchet. The ratchet turns between the two arms.
