The under beam construction (5) is formed from a fork and eyelet coupling component with a tractive band between them. It is located on or in the box support (1) in the direction of its longitudinal axis between end stops (6,6') arranged in the vicinity of the coupling components (7,7'). It is pliably located. The two cylindrical vertically arranged end stops (6,6') are located both on the box support (1) and in a stirrup (11,11') on the box support. They are also arranged in a long hole (9,9') of a draw band (8) rectangular in cross-section.
