Ski boot or inline skate boot

The boot has a flexible shaft (3) and a sole (2) with a rigid rear part (1), which forms an interface between the user's leg and a binding for an inline skate or a ski binding, esp. one with automatic release. The shaft has a rigid part (4) surrounding the heel and rigidly fastened to the rigid part of the sole, or being formed integrally with it. The shaft has a gaiter-like part connected to the rigid part. The rigid sole part has profiling of standard length, to work with any size of boot.
