Device and process for containing and controlling the balloon while unwinding the feeding spools in automatic spoolers, in which a balloon containing crossbar is kept close to the upper part of the spooling tube but not in contact with the same: in this manner, the yarn of the balloon is at every turn forced by the bar to re-approach its tube and be contained by the same.
