Mounting Insert for a Bearing

The bearing insert (9) is divided in the circumferential direction. An outer plastics injection part (10) and an inner plastics injection moulded part (11) can turn relative to each other by means of a rolling bearing (13) injected onto the outer ring (8) and fixed to the inner ring (12) by a snap-in lock (16). The rolling bearing outer ring is also fixed to the press seat in both axial directions. The outside of the rolling bearing is sealed only by contactless means of sealing (25a, 25b, 25c) between the inner and outer plastics injection parts. A rolling bearing with grease packing may be used.
