GEAR MEASURING FIELD OF VISION OF OPERATOR OF MOTOR VEHICLE

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for design of working position when both operator's seat and objects of visual observation located inside and outside cab should be taken into account. Gear has stand which lower part includes semi-cylinder member simulating contact of operator with his seat in area of hips ( sciatic ). Upper part of stand rests via square body, sleeve with pointer brought out to dynamometric scale, square nut, screw with spherical head and bearing washer against ceiling of cab with force proportional to mass of operator. Range finding sight with measurement discs and pointers allowing directions in three-dimensional space to be determined is installed in middle of stand, namely in point of location of operator's head. Gear ensures evaluation of parameters of visual informativity of operator and of light load on organs of sight with enhanced accuracy which makes it feasible to bring to light all shortcomings in organization of working position, to improve labor conditions and to increase safety while controlling mobile machine.
