PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity control valve constituted such that relating to an amount carrying a current in an electromagnetic actuator, a suction chamber pressure control point is unconditionally determined, and in a condition without carrying a current, a variable displacement compressor can be forcedly maintained in a minimum capacity. SOLUTION: This constitution is formed such that gas is introduced from a delivery chamber of a variable displacement compressor to a crank chamber, its amount is adjusted in a valve mechanism, and in a surface 18b in an opposite side to a side into contact with a valve seat of its valve element 18, a pressure of a crank chamber or suction chamber of the variable displacement compressor is received. The valve mechanism is opened/closed in response to extension/ contraction of a bellows 12. Adjustment of substantial opening of the valve mechanism is performed by an external force energizing mechanism giving energizing force by an external signal to the valve mechanism. In this way, by adjusting a pressure in the crank chamber, a stroke of a piston in the variable displacement compressor is controlled. |
