PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a bead in a suitable shape at the ridge line part of a plate-form product by a method wherein the ridge line part of the peripheral edge of the plate- form is covered with a continuous line resin bead passing through the apex point of a corner part. SOLUTION: A bead 4 is formed at a ridge line part 3, except a corner part 8, of a glass plate 1. In this case, in a state that the direction of the length direction of a nozzle opening 7a extends at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the ridge line part 3, a resin material 2 is extruded through the opening 7a. Simultaneously with the above, the opening 7a is relatively moved, as shown by an arrow mark, to the glass plate 1. Meanwhile, when the bead 4 is formed at the corner part 8, an inside end 10 of the opening 7a is moved, as shown in A, B, and C, along an inclination line 21 passing through a spot outside an intersection point 12 to connect together inner sides 11 of the bead 4 except the corner part 8. Further, the outside end is caused to pass, as shown by A', B', and C', through the vicinity of a corner part apex 9. Consecutively, after formation of the bead 4 is started from an inner side 11 of a terminal end and orderly formation is effected through the apex 9, a folded part is formed by protruding the terminal end for cutting to form a folded part. This constitution manufacture with high efficiency. |
