PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a drinker not feel bitterness even in drinking a magnesium chloride-containing solution so as to take magnesium and to obtain a magnesium chloride-containing food for food and beverage. SOLUTION: Water-dispersible vegetable powder is added to a magnesium chloride-containing solution and stirred so as to reduce bitterness. A food is mixed with the magnesium chloride-containing powder and the water-dispersible vegetable powder.
