<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencing pipe of excellent workability and productivity and having a sufficient silencing effect by constituting it of an inner pipe formed out of vinyl chloride series resin compound and having true specific gravity of specific value, and an outer pipe made of an elastic body. SOLUTION: The inner pipe 1 of this silencing pipe is formed for example by extrusion molding vinyl chloride series resin compound. In the inner pipe 1 of the silencing pipe, the true specific gravity is 1.6-3 g/cm<3> . When it is under 1.6 g/cm<3> , the sound insulation effect is small, and when it is over 3 g/cm<3> , the added quantity of inorganic filler becomes large, hence the physical property and moldability of the silencing pipe is deteriorated. As for vinyl chloride series resin, it is not particularly limited, for example, polyvinyl chloride single polymer, copolymer of vinyl chloride and the other monomer capable of being copolymerized with it, and their chlorinated compound and the like are mentioned. The outer pipe 2 of the silencing pipe is constituted of an elastic body. The outer pipe 2 made of an elastic body prevents vibration generated by the inner pipe 1 from being transmitted to a fitting jig, a wall, and the like. As for the elastic body, synthetic rubber such as soft vinyl chloride resin, and the like are mentioned.</p> |
