PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosetting foamable sealing material composition which is packed into a hollow body such as an automobile body side sill, floor member or pillar, can be applied without sagging in a method for improving a structural strength by foaming and curing, can be formed in any arbitrary shape according to the use, can be packed uniformly even to the thin part of a hollow body to improve the structural strength of the body. SOLUTION: There are provided a composition containing a thermosetting resin component, a curing agent component capable of ordinary temperature curing, a latent curing agent component and an organic blowing agent component and a method for molding by a two-stage curing reaction comprising pouring this composition into a container having a specified shape, molding the composition into a specified shape at ordinary temperature or by heating, packing the molding into a given hollow body and foaming and curing the molding by heating. |
