PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling agent for fishing-net which is high in the safety to environments, forms a film excellent in the pliability and is excellent in the antifouling activity and the sustainability by using an organic antifouling component and a polyesteric resin with a specific glass transition temperature in combination and making a fine dispersion state of the antifouling component. SOLUTION: This antifouling agent contains (A) at least 1 wt.% of an organic antifouling component (a compound with an average particle diameter of preferably 50μm or less), e.g. a thiocyanic acid compound and the like such as methylene bisthiocyanate and the like, (B) at least 10 wt.% of a resin component containing a polyesteric resin (a polylactic acid, a copolymer of lactic acid or a blend containing these compound as major components, or a copolymer between lactic acid and caprolactone, etc.), with a glass transition temperature of -20-50 deg.C and (C) a solvent (an organic solvent, e.g. an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene or the like, an alcohol solvent such as ethanol or the like), and the component A is made a fine dispersive state.
