SUBSTANCE: device includes working member, pneumohydraulic system made in form of housing with hydraulic cavity where flexible chamber communicated with fluid medium pulsator is mounted. Hydraulic cavity is connected with flexible envelopes on which working member is mounted. Flexible envelopes are mounted on either side of working member which is provided with guides which spring-loaded relative to base. Guides are provided with hold-down plates for envelopes.
