METHOD OF PROGNOSTICATING OF TROPHIC DISTURBANCES OF LOWER LIMB SOFT TISSUES FOR PATIENTS HAVING DIABETES MELLITUS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: sections of critical functional load and compression of supporting parts of lower limbs are examined by means of thermographic scanning. Examination is carried out before and after orthostatic and/or march load. Use is made of orthopedic appliances and/or shoes. Nature of thermal activity variation and time of recovery of thermal activity in given section up to initial level are determined. These indications are used for estimation of local microcirculation condition and prognostication of nature of trophic disturbances such as maceration, hyperkeratosis and ulcerations or necroses.
