FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting assembly, made in form of plates with holes, rods and needles. Convex-concave plates are made as acute triangles with slot, one of angles of which turns into flexible sharpened rod. Plate slots include rotary unit which contains wire flexible tie-rod, screw rods with longitudinal recess for wire flexible tie-rod, attachments with thread on internal surface mounted on ends of screw rods. Screw rod thread engages thread of attachment. EFFECT: one-moment and stepped rotary displacements of bone fragment or osteal graft through up to 180 dwg., minimum injury to surrounding tissues. 3 cl, 2 dwg
