PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise expression density, improve coloring and decoloring abilities through heat, and enhance a transferability by orientating recess of flat portions of a microcapsule pigment with a configuration having a recess or flat portions in the wall face of a capsule in parallel with the carrier. SOLUTION: The configuration of a heat coloring microcapsule pigment 3 is made to include recess or flat portions in at least a part of the wall face of a capsule. Then, the capsule pigment 3 is coated such that at least one of the recess or flat portions of the capsule 3 is orientated in parallel with the face of a carrier 1 in a thermosensible discoloration heat melt ink layer 2. In the constitution, the thickness of the thermal discoloration heat melt ink layer 2 can be made thin even in the presence of a required amount of the thermosensible microcapsule pigment 3 for obtaining a high coloring density or the like, resulting in a transfer sensitive resolution. Accordingly, this can raise the coloring density, improve the transfer ability, and enhance coloring and discoloring abilities. |
