PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a case-like casting polyamide resin molding like a bucket having an upgraded external appearance shape by eliminating a residual unreacted liquid-like monomer without internal defect. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a bucket-like casting polyamide resin molding comprises the steps of placing a lower support base 41 installing a lower mold 15 to be heated by a circulating heating medium and an upper support base 48 disposed to measure a load applied to an upper mold 1 to be heated by circulating heating medium in an opposed state in an atmosphere regulated at its specific humidity to 10 g/kg or less, moving at least one of the molds 15, 1 filled with polymerizable lactam liquid, engaging the mold 1 in the state that it is floated on the liquid, releasing locking of the mold 1 to drop it in the case of satisfying a formula (A-0.5F)<=W<=(A+2.5F), where W is a load applied to the mold 1 fixed to the base 48, A is own weight of the mold 1 itself, and F is a buoyancy at the time of floating the mold 1 on the liquid, proceeding polymerization while pressurizing it, separating the molds 1, 15 after the polymerization is completed, and releasing a molding from the molds. |
