PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a non-skid tape welding efficiency by extending a strip piece extended in a sandwiching part direction of the tape, and narrowing a width of the piece narrower than that of the tape, thereby effectively welding the vicinity of a terminating end of the tape to a pallet. SOLUTION: A strip piece 20c extended in a sandwiching part C direction of a non-skid tape T between a bottom p2 of a groove p1 of a pallet P and a pressing roller 1 is formed from a lower end center of a center 20a of a guide member 20. A width d of the piece 20 is formed narrower than a width d of the tape T. the tape T is constituted to bulge out from a side edge 20d of the piece 20c over the width of the piece 20c. and, an end 20e of the piece 20c is constituted to approach as near the part C of the tape T between the bottom p2 of the groove p1 and the roller 1 as possible. |
