摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject polyol for the production of a highly preservable isocyanate-terminated prepolymer or a low-viscosity polyoxyalkylene polyamine useful as a raw material for high-performance polyurethane(urea) resin raw material by using a phosphazenium compound as a catalyst for the synthesis of the polyol. SOLUTION: This polyoxyalkylene polyol has a hydroxyl value of 2-200 mgKOH/g, a total unsaturated C=C content of 0.0001-0.07 meq/g, a head-to-tail bond selection ratio of >=95 mol.% by propylene oxide addition and a molecular weight distribution W20 /W80 of 1.5-3 and is produced by using a catalyst consisting of a phosphazenium compound such as a compound (A) of the formula (R is a 1-10C hydrocarbon group, etc.; (a), (b), (c) and (d) are each 0-3 and are not 0 at the same time; (r) is 1-3; T<r-> is an r-valent inorganic anion). The polyol can be produced by carrying out the addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide at 15-130C and a maximum pressure of 882 kPa using 1×10<-4> to 5×10<-1> mol of the compound A based on an alkali or alkaline-earth metal salt of 1 mol of an active hydrogen compound and removing the compound A from the obtained crude product.
