NONYELLOWING POLYURETHANE MATERIAL AND RIM POLYURETHANE MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonyellowing polyurethane material, having a high breaking elongation, excellent in flex resistance and hardly causing cracking or fracture and a reaction injection molded(RIM) polyurethane molded product using the polyurethane material. SOLUTION: This RIM polyuerthane molded product contains a polyurethane coating 47 for a steering wheel 45 comprising a surface part 48 undergoing the RIM molding by injecting a small amount of a polyurethane material for the surface part 48, prepared by mixing a hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) trimer obtained by limiting the content of a penta- or a polymer to 0-50 wt.% and adding 3-10 wt.% monool thereto with a polyol into a cavity 4 under a reduced pressure of a molding mold 1 and the interior 49 undergoing the RIM molding by injecting an optional polyurethane material for the interior 49 into the cavity 4 under the reduced pressure.
