<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sensitivity (impedance variation rate) by eliminating a difference in output characteristics of manual stopper sensor between right and left side rotations. SOLUTION: This device is structured so that a contact piece 48a is formed projectedly on an upper sensor member 48 comprising a magnetic body connected rotatably to the teeth part 46 of an input shaft 1 through a pin 49, and a teeth part 44 having a constant pitch is formed in a lower sensor ring 42 comprising a magnetic body connected integrally to an output shaft 2. Also the contact piece 48a is arranged so that it can be moved relatively in circumferential direction in the teeth part 44 according to the relative rotation of the input shaft 1 and output shaft 2. When the input shaft 1 is rotated, the contact piece 48a is brought in contact with the teeth part 44 before both shafts 1 and 2 are brought in contact lockingly with each other by a manual stopper part 39 provided on the input shaft 1 and output shaft 2. In this case, the upper sensor member 48 is rotated against the elastic force of a rubber member 50 disposed on the upper surface of the upper sensor member 48, and the contact condition is maintained.</p> |
