PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet for efficiently decorating with high quality fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin foam, and a method for decorative molding by using the sheet. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforce thermoplastic resin foam having a decorative surface of high quality without presence of wrinkle, flute or the like is obtained by the steps of laminating a thermoplastic resin layer having a thickness of 10 to 500μm and colored or given by a design on one surface of a fiber- reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet having at least one layer containing continuous fiber made of a plurality of filaments drawn and aligned in one direction, supplying foamable thermoplastic resin composition H therein by foaming while shaping a sheet F covered with a synthetic resin film having a thickness of 10 to 150μm without melting thereinto, and shaping a hollow material T to a desired sectional surface along a regulating member 26 by its foaming pressure. |
