PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated steel panel suitably used in a part becoming a baking problem of food such as a gas table top plate, a cake baking mold or the like and having non-stickiness and processability more excellent than those of a conventional precoated steel panel. SOLUTION: In a precoated steel panel wherein an undercoat layer with a film thickness of 3-10μm based on a polyether sulfone resin(PES) and a tetrafluoroethylene resin(PTFE) is formed on the surface of a chromium-plated steel panel, a stainless steel panel to which inorg. surface treatment is applied or a galvanized steel panel and a topcoat layer with a film thickness of 3-20μm based on a polyether sulfone resin and a tetrafluoroethylene resin is formed on the undercoat layer, the wt. ratio of PTFE: PES of the undercoat layer is 10:100-70:100 and the wt. ratio of PTFE: PES of the topcoat layer is 101:100-130:100.
