PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain image information compensated of ununiformity even when a high frequency magnetic field is ununiform, by obtaining three kinds of magnetic resonance information by changing a flip angle and calculating signal intensity by a specific equation using each magnetic resonance signal intensity to obtain information corresponding to each signal intensity. SOLUTION: A subject 50 is put in a static magnetic field and a high frequency magnetic field in a direction vertical to the direction of the static magnetic field is applied to generate magnetic resonance, and spatial information of the magnetic resonance of the subject 50 is obtained by a computer 10 based on magnetic resonance signals. At that time, the magnetic resonance information is obtained by giving power to make the flip angle minute at first, next, giving power to make the flip angleθ, and then to make the flip angle 2.θ. When each intensity of obtained magnetic resonance signals is set to I0 , I1 , I2 , information corresponding to signal intensity calculated by the equation, I1 <2> /(I0 .(1-(I2 /(2.I1 ))<2> )) is obtained.
