FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dropping chamber which accommodates porous membrane filters. Filters form flow-through space for dry medicinal substance coupled to resilient inelastic reservoir through pipeline. Reservoir is made as container changing its form, as it is filled with solution, from zero up to preset operating volume. Reservoir is positioned inside resilient inelastic frame having preset dimensions corresponding to operating dimensions of resilient reservoir. The latter is provided with outlet pipeline.
