<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the purification power of a purification container without being covered with mud and refuse by floating the container which received a porous substance in which microorganisms which decompose organic substances in water are living on water. SOLUTION: A water quality purifying apparatus can float freely on pond water and is equipped with a purification container 2 which received, for example, a coated carbide 1 as a porous substance immersibly in pond water, a pump mechanism 4 having a submergible motor pump 3 for circulating water around the container 2, and an aquatic plant float 5 which is connected with the container 2 and installed freely floatably on pond water. A large amount of microorganisms are allowed to live in the porous substance 1, and purification is done by the microorganisms to have great purification power. Moreover, since the carbide 1 received in the container 2 floating on pond water purifies the water, places close to the surface of the water and in the middle depth can be purified well. In addition, since the carbide 1 is not covered with mud and refuse, its purification power can be demonstrated sufficiently.</p> |
