<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead elution preventing material excellent in the elution preventing effect on lead and a lead elution preventing method using the same. SOLUTION: The elution preventing treatment of lead is performed by adding the lead elution preventing material composed of 10-40 pts.wt. calcium sulfoaluminate, 10-40 pts.wt. dicalcium silicate, 8-80 pts.wt. calcium sulfate, 30-50 pts.wt. hydraulic composition consisting essentially of fly ash or slag powder and 1-30 pts.wt. aminocarboxylic acid type chelate compound into an object to be treated which contains lead, and mixing and solidifying them.</p> |
