<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift transient controller that is able to check any badness in the responsiveness of an engaging pressure increment, a shift delay due to a limit of this engaging pressure increment and a shift shock, in this transmission controller, controlling those of engaging pressure and engine torque of frictional engaging elements of a shift mechanism so as to ideally change the rotational frequency of a shift mechanism input shaft by means of shift timing. SOLUTION: In order to adjust the actual input shaft revolution of a shift mechanism during gear shifting with a target revolution set up according to the load of an engine 20, it is installed with a control unit 2 (control means) to execute both of engaging pressure control and torque control, making engaging pressure and engine torque into feedback control respectively, after switching these elements, and in the case where a variation in the actual input shaft revolution is delayed to that in the target revolution, the torque control alone is executed, but in the case where this actual input shaft revolution's variation makes progress to that in the target revolution, the engaging pressure control alone is executed.</p> |
