PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hose fitted with a protector including an inner tube and an outer tube for the protector and excellent in heat insulating properties, sound-insulating properties or the like and suitable as a hose of every kind for a car. SOLUTION: A hose fitted with a protector consists of an inner tube 1 composed of a resin and an outer tube 2 composed of a resin or rubber and having a bellows like part 2b and has an air layer between the bellows like part 2b and the inner tube 1. A softened hollow tube becoming the outer tube 2 is continuously extruded to the outer periphery of a parison while the parison of a softened resin becoming the inner tube is continuously extruded to be molded into a cylindrical shape and sucked on the outer peripheral side of the parison at the same time or thereafter to form the bellows like part 2b along the bellows like cavity of a mold.
