PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively execute initial fire fighting by providing a nozzle part, which jets extinguishing liquid in a container to outside with the raising of an ambient temperature, in a container housing the extinguishing liquid and a gas for pressurizing to obtain fire fighting performance equivalent to a sprinkler while unnecessitating an equipment of a large scale. SOLUTION: The distinguishing liquid and air as a gas for pressurizing are packed inside of the container 1, and a pressure gauge 3 showing pressures inside of the container 1 and a nozzle part 2 through a joint and a check valve 4 for introducing the gas for pressurizing to the container are provided at a bottom part. This nozzle part 2 uses a nozzle which sets the sizes of water particles at a distance of 30 cm from the nozzle at the time of spraying water under adding pressure of 2.00 bar, e.g. to be smaller than 300μm particle diameter in a content ratio of more than 60% per all the water particles and those larger than 1000μm in a content ratio of less than 10%. In addition, when a sealing plate is removed by pressure caused by the pressurizing gas inside of the container 1, the extinguishing liquid is jetted or sprayed from the nozzle.
