FIELD: chemical industry, agriculture and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has fixed housing accommodating cylindrical drum installed on horizontal axle inside housing eccentrically relative to housing. Drum forms narrowing slot channel together with sealing movable tape. Plates are installed for radial travel in radial ports of cylindrical drum. One end of each plate adjoins sealing movable tape, and other end, adjoins flexible inflatable chamber installed on horizontal axle in side cylindrical drum. Vertical gas outlet are found in end face wall of housing opposite to narrowing slot channel. Ends of plates in contact with sealing movable tape are made in form of rotating rollers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of powder compacting and deaeration process. 2 cl, 1 dwg
