<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED print head in which the printing speed can be increased while reducing the cost by enhancing heat dissipation effect. SOLUTION: The LED print head comprises a housing 11 having an inner bottom face 11A, an inner side face 11B opening on one side and an inner upper face 11C, a printed wiring board 7 mounted on the inner bottom face 11A of the housing 11 through an insulator 12, a driver IC chip 3 died bonded onto the printed wiring board 7, an LED chip 1 arranged on the driver IC chip 3, and a metallic heat receiving plate 13 arranged on the inner upper face 11C of the housing 11.</p> |
