PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particularly advantageous cutting mechanism with variable forces that is constituted so that it may manifest the maximum mechanical gain at its optimal point in the cutting stroke. SOLUTION: The lapper 10 to be used for carrying out the workings as cutting or pruning is equipped with the lapping head having the spring-loaded blade co-operating with the jaw 20, the driving mechanism 16, and a long and narrow housing 14. The driving mechanism 16 comprises the first wheel 30 and the second wheel 46 that are freely rotatable to the driving mechanism around the first shaft axis 32. The head line 34 links the first wheel to the blade at their linking point, while the second wheel to the driving line 48. The first wheel 30 is made eccentric to the second wheel 46 so that the distance of a certain area in the guide face of the first wheel 30 from the first shaft axis may become minimum at a certain point during the blade movement ranging to the bite. The lapper is, in addition, equipped with the intermediate handle and the lower handle that can selectively scan so that the blade may work on the jaw. |
